Before you request a new email check your junk mail and spam folders.
Try to copy and paste the activation link into your browser and see if this takes you through to the activation page. If this does not work please check your JUNK and SPAM inboxes. If you have a quarantine system, please release the initial email to accept emails from P.R.P.A.. If you still have not received an activation email contact us by email at helpdesk@productreviewprivateagency.co.uk.
Upon registration, select the value range of products you wish to receive. You will then receive an email with a link to your dedicated sub-account, where you can make a deposit for the selected products. Once the deposit is confirmed, the products will be dispatched to you, along with an invitation to participate in product testing that matches your profile.
To complete the product testing process, please return the product to the same address from which it was received and upload your review in the internal CRM on your account. The system will validate your review and mark it as accepted. Upon acceptance, payment will be made to the bank account provided during registration, and a new list of products within your chosen value range will become available for testing.
Deposit Requirement: This deposit assures our business clients of product returns while enabling the creation of authentic and reliable reviews. Products will be shipped to the home address listed in your profile, and each parcel will include prepaid return labels and a barcode to complete your online questionnaire. Please follow any instructions provided by your agent or refer to the FAQ.
Product Review Process: Prior to product delivery, you will receive an email containing a link to the Product Review Profile Application (P.R.P.A.) instructions. Click the link to access the sign-up form. An agent will contact you to define your product profile, after which you will receive three products to test at once. The one-week testing period is flexible and can be adjusted according to your schedule, with a maximum duration of one week.
Please click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage and complete the registration form. Then, confirm your intent to join by clicking the link provided in the activation email. After joining, one of our representatives will contact you to guide you through the process for your first product testing.

Login details are case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password please go to the Login page and select ‘Forgotten Password’. Another issue might be that you have not activated your account. Please check your junk, spam or clutter mail for the activation link.
To view your details, log in to P.R.P.A and go to the My Account tab. Here you can view and edit your details.

Edit your email address and/or home address.
Click on the confirm button.
It is important that your profile is kept up to date. The more we know about you the more relevant products will be for your lifestyle. You will receive products that will benefit you and your family.
If you no longer wish to take part in reviews please contact with us via email: helpdesk@productreviewprivateagency.co.uk to review request and close your account.
There are several reasons why your account may be closed.
- You requested to unsubscribe. If you wish to subscribe again, please make a new account.
- If you have not complied our terms and conditions your account will be closed. For more information please refer to our terms and conditions. If you have a dispute, please email helpdesk@productreviewprivateagency.co.uk
P.R.P.A follows strict SPAM regulations. Your email address is never disclosed to third parties unless you have provided permission to do so.

When there are new products available to test, you will receive an email and also see the questionnaire under ‘Products’ tab. You will be notified and receive the product in the post.
Please allow up to 4 days for your product to arrive. This is to account for processing times and any postal delays. If your product has still not arrived after this time, please, get in touch.
P.R.P.A requires some personal information to validate your identity, provide products relevant to you, and to ensure that you are eligible to participate in testing process. The information also means that you reduce the amount of products for which you don’t qualify, because only relevant products are sent to you.
Absolutely – you can choose not to provide some personal details. However, basic information such as full name, address and email address is required in order to validate your account and ensure that you are eligible to participate in product testing.
Personal information is kept in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR, as well as in adherence to ESOMAR and ICE guidelines and the MRS Code of Conduct. This means that the highest levels of security are in place to protect and anonymise your information. Only P.R.P.A staff with specific clearance are allowed to access this information and it is never shared with any third party unless anonymised and collective, for anything other than necessary reasons, such as payments (e.g. PayPal).
Please note: any personal information willingly given during a testing will be submitted to P.R.P.A.’s client for that testing. You can choose to exit a testing process at any time if you are uncomfortable with the questions.
To delete your personal information, you must delete your account. You can do this by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the ‘Delete my account’ button.
Emails are only sent to notify you of new reviews or important information from P.R.P.A.. There is currently no option to opt-out of emails, but we recommend creating a new folder in your inbox and a new ‘Rule’, which will direct all future emails out of your main inbox.
Profile questionnaires are designed to help you receive the maximum number of relevant products.
For example, if you respond in your profile questionnaire that you own a car, then you will receive all
products for car owners.
Complete profile questionnaires allows us to send you the maximum number of relevant products. Furthermore, if you do not qualify for a product because you do not meet the criteria, then there is usually a small compensation for your time. However, incomplete profiling questionnaires will block this compensation.
Profile questionnaires re-open for updates every 6 months. If you need to change information before then, please get in touch. with the team and let them know which details you would like to update.
